.. Respondent Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondent to trace out the petitioner's father, by name, Thathaiyan, aged about 94 years, and produce him before this Court and to set him at liberty.

O R D E R
(Dr.P.DEVADASS,J) T.Srinivasan, the petitioner,seeks issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus for the production of his 94 years old father Thathaiyan.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, his father is missing for quite a long time, his whereabouts is not known.
3. Prima facie there is no illegal detention or keeping of his father by anyone as against his will, in such circumstances, invoking of this jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India does not arises. Thus, this petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take next course of action available to him in law.
