Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15236 of 2021, dated 01.09.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working in Pune under compulsory probation period of three months and hence, he could not immediately surrender before the trial Court as directed by this Court on 01.09.2021. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this Court is inclined to grant two weeks time for surrender. The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
