Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records relating to Crime No.563 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, HUDCO Police Station, Krishnagiri District and quash the same.

ORDER

To quash the case in crime No.563 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

2.Earlier quash petition was dismissed with direction to file final report within a period of three months. Even after the said direction in the earlier quash petition dated 12.03.2020, there was no progress in the investigation. Hence, the second quash petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent states that final report is ready and it will be filed soon. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
