The petitioner seeks early disposal of HMOP.No.1788 of 2015 filed by her seeking divorce.

2. It is seen from the petition and orders that have been placed, that the divorce proceedings which is in a part heard stage is being adjourned on several occasions on some ground or the other. It is stated that the petitioner, who is working in United States has now come to India and she would pray that the Family Court should be directed to dispose of the HMOP within specified time frame.

3. Considering the fact that the HMOP.No.1788 of 2015 is almost 6 years old and it is in part heard stage for more than about 4 years, the Family Court is directed to dispose of the HMOP.No.1788 of 2015 within a period of three (3) moths from the date of receipt of a web copy or certified copy of the order. No costs.
