At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission for withdrawing the case and has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
