When the final order was passed in Crl.O.P.No.17211 of 2023 dated 30.01.2024, this Court directed A1 and the second respondent to approach the Mediation Centre inorder to amicably resolve the dispute considering the fact that there is a girl child aged about three years who is now under the care and custody of the second respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that even though the first respondent has taken steps to keep the LOC in abeyance, A1 is not in a position to immediately come back to India since he has taken some loan from the employer and the employer is not permitting A1 to leave the country.

3.The Mediator has submitted a report before this Court. The parties are once again referred back to the Mediation Centre. The Mediator shall fix the date and time. On that day, A1 shall be present through Video Conferencing platform. The process of mediation shall be commenced immediately and it shall be proceeded with. pri stage, A1 is expected to be present physically before the Mediation Centre considering the fact that the marriage had taken place only in the year 2019 and the interest of the girl child aged about three years is at stake.
