This Writ Petition has been filed seeking directions to the second respondent to remove the name of the petitioner in the history sheet in pursuance of the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2025. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that two cases were registered against the petitioner and both were ended in acquittal. Further the last case ended in acquittal in the year 2022 itself and the learned Government Advocate seeks time to consider the petitioner's representation. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents, the respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2025 and pass orders in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
