C.M.P.Nos.15055, 15057 and 15058 of 2022 in S.A.No.2213 of 2003 P.T.ASHA, J., These petitions are filed to implead the proposed parties as proposed parties 5 to 9 in the above civil miscellaneous petitions.

2. It is informed by the learned counsel for the appellants that after he had taken out an application for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent, he was informed that apart from the proposed parties shown in C.M.P.Nos.11064, 11067 and 11069 of 2022, there are other legal heirs as well.

Therefore, these petitions have been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered.

4. Considering the above that that the implead petitions are ordered, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in C.M.P.Nos.11064, 11067 and 11069 of 2022 and post the matter on 20.12.2022.
