This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7282 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7713 of 2023 dated 25.05.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police twice in a month ie., on every 1st & 16th day of English calender months until further orders.
