Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent pertaining to the impugned notice issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.147/2008/Katru, dated 10.06.2009 and consequential reply / rejoinder dated 07.07.2009, consequently forbear the respondent from in any way interfering with the petitioner's wind mill situated at SF No.334 at Madapur Village, Tirupur District.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent pertaining to the impugned notice issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.147/2008/Katru, dated 10.06.2009 and consequential reply / rejoinder dated 07.07.2009, consequently forbear the respondent from in any way interfering with the petitioner's wind mill situated at SF No.334 at Madapur Village, Tirupur District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition would squarely apply to the facts of the case in W.P.Nos.16438, 17098 to 17100 of 2009, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 31.03.2010.

Following the said order passed in W.P.Nos.16438, 17098 to 17100 of 2009, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
