ORDER

The above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.24 of 2021, filed by the husband seeking divorce, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruttani, to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.

2. The petitioner wife would submit that the distance between her residence and the Sub Court, Tiruttani is far and she cannot travel each time to attend the hearings. Further, the petitioner has no one to accompany her to the Sub Court, Tiruttani or to support her financially.

3. Heard the learned counsel and perused the records.

4. Considering the reasons given by the wife and also taking into account the fact that the wife is residing within the Jurisdiction of the Family Court, Chennai, the above petition is allowed, accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.24 of 2021, pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruttani is transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.
