C.M.P.No.18439 of 2022 in C.R.P.(PD)No.1718 of 2017 V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J.

A perusal of the records show that the 2nd respondent is the Trust and its Managing Trustee viz., Mr.A.Subramanian had passed away on 20.03.2019. This C.M.P. has been filed to bring on record the 3rd respondent in the place of the deceased Mr.A.Subramanian.

2. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the petition is accordingly ordered.

3. Office is directed to carry out the amendment and list the C.R.P. for arguments on 17.07.2023.
