2. Mr.S.Venkatesan, Senior Deputy Manager (HRD), MTC Limited, Chennai is physically present before this Court today.

3. Mr.K.Moorthy, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent corporation submitted that in obedience to the order of this Court dated 23.06.2017, a sum of Rs.78,718/- towards Provident Fund Arrears and Rs.5,27,019/- towards Gratuity and Rs.3,45,642/- towards back wages have been paid to the petitioner.

4. The learned standing counsel for the respondent-Corporation has further submitted that the pension papers have already been processed by the respondent-corporation and have been forwarded to the pension trust office.

5. In view of the same, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
