The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 80 days in preferring the present Criminal Revision Case against the order in in C.A.No.323 of 2019 on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

2. Notice served and the counsel for the respondent has also entered appearance and he has not raised any serious objections.

3. Though the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition are not satisfied, in oder to give an opportunity to the petitioner, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the petition to condone the delay is ordered.
