2. Heard Mr.B.Mohan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode to expedite the hearing in Spl.SC.No.13 of 2021 and complete the same, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
