C.M.P.Nos.16397, 16399 & 16401 of 2022 have been filed to condone the delay of 37 days in filing petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the demise of the sole respondent in the above appeal; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole respondent P.Padmanaban in the above appeal and to bring on record the proposed respondents 2 to 5 in the place as legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent P.Padmanaban and rank them as respondents 2 to 5. 2.Mr.S.Mohan, learned counsel submitted that he has filed vakalat for the proposed parties and he has no objection for ordering the petitions. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of C.M.P.No.16397 of 2022 and recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the proposed parties, C.M.P.No.16397 of 2022 is ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.16397 of 2022, C.M.P.Nos.16399 & 16401 of 2022 are also ordered.
