This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1537 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.31672 of 2022 dated 07.02.2023 that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation in this case is completed and the final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
