This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7756 of 2023 dated 12.04.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further ordrs.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner are relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
