This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation of Crime No.385 of 2021 pending on the file of the third respondent to the CBCID.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the FIR in Crime No.385 of 2021, pending on the file of the third respondent police, has been enquired and the investigation has been completed. A final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhachalam. In fact, accused persons were also arrested and some jewels were recovered from the them. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the third respondent.
