2. Mr.K.Lavan, learned counsel for petitioner, Mr.G.Guruswaminathan, learned counsel of M/s.Nageswaran & Narichania (Law Firm) for R1 and Mr.K.Bijai Sundar, learned counsel for R2 are before this Court.

3. As regards R3, R3 has been duly served, name and full address of R3 is shown in the cause list but R3 has not chosen to come before this Court much less engage a counsel.

4. Captioned CMP has filed with a very innocuous CoD prayer.

5. Mr.G.Guruswaminathan, learned counsel for R1 and Mr.K.Bijai Sundar, learned counsel for R2 very fairly submit that they are not opposing the CoD prayer.

6. Therefore, we deem it unnecessary to dilate on facts or the reasons for delay. As regards R3, as already alluded to supra, R3 has not chosen to come before this Court much less oppose the CoD prayer. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned CMP ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
