These petitions have been filed seeking quash of FIR No.34 of 2008 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram and FIR X Crime No:468 of 2008 on the file of the Inspector of Police Central Crime Branch, Bank Fraud, XV Team, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. When this Court was about to dismiss these petitions on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions and he has also made endorsements to that effect.

4. In view of the above endorsements made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
