O R D E R

Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No. 35 of 2014 on the file of Sub Court, Ponneri, to the file of Family Court, Chennai.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is a Coolie, had undergone operation of spinal card and hence, he finds it difficult to travel from Chennai to Ponneri to attend the hearing of the case pending on the file of Sub Court, Ponneri. Submitting as above, learned counsel prays for transfer.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and keeping in mind Section 19(3) of the Hindu Marriage Act, this Court would dismiss the transfer petition with the observation that the learned Sub Court, Ponneri, need not insist on the appearance of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner except on the important hearing dates. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
