Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2020 requesting for assignment of land in R.S.No.110 to the extent of 1.18 cents and in R.S.No.111 to the extent of 12 cents and in total 1.30 cents in Varadhampalayam Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District on payment of the land costs fixed by the respondents to the petitioner within the time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2020 requesting for assignment of land in R.S.No.110 to the extent of 1.18 cents and in R.S.No.111 to the extent of 12 cents and in total 1.30 cents in, Varadhampalayam Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District on payment of the land costs fixed by the respondents to the petitioner within the time fixed by this Court.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2020 and, after giving him opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
