This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the First Information Report pending in Crime No.204 of 2021 on the file of first respondent.

2. Heard Mr.D.Ashokkumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for first respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that investigation has been completed and the final report will be laid before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court within a period of two weeks.

4. Recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to file the final report or a closure report, as the case may be, before the concerned jurisdictional Court within a period of two (2) weeks. If ultimately the final report is filed and the concerned Court takes cognizance and issues summons to the petitioner and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to 2/4

work out his remedy in accordance with law.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
