This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14240 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.4677 of 2022 dated 13.09.2022 that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in two months until further orders.
