O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 12.12.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.33462 of 2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the order which is the subject matter of contempt petition has been duly complied with by the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate has also produced a copy of the order passed by the respondent. Since the Court order which is the subject matter of this contempt petition has been duly complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition and accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
