This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful and intentional disobedience to the order of this Court in W.P.No.33119 of 2022 dated 09.12.2022.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents has submitted before this Court that the order which is the subject matter of this contempt petition has been complied with and the representation of the petitioner has been rejected.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court for the petitioner to challenge the said order in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
