side][IN BOTH THE PETITIONS]on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed the present petition to relax the conditions imposed by this Court vide orders passed by this Court dated 16.05.2018. The petitioner had filed a petition for enlarging him on bail and the same was allowed by this Court with certain conditions. One of the conditions imposed by this Court is that the petitioner should appear before the learned III Additional District Judge/Special Judge for EC Act Cases, Salem, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner is from Andra Pradhesh and that he is regularly appearing before the III Additional District Judge/Special Judge, EC Act, Salem.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) contended that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, in the interest of justice, the conditions namely, that the petitioner should report before the III Additional District Judge/Special Judge for EC Act Cases, Salem, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
4. The petitioner shall appear before the Concerned Court on all the hearing dates without fail. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain intact. Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
