Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to refund the amount paid by way of special adhesive stamps of the value of about Rs.11,32,300/- on unused agreements numbering about 12679 purchase from January 2008 to September 2008 or in the alternative direct the respondents to permit the petitioner group companies and in particular Tata Motor Finance Ltd to use these unused stamped agreements.
