This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.Today, Mr.C.Udayasuriyan, is present before this Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate submitted that on the complaint given by one Gowmathi against the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in C.No.2122 of 2018 and the same was closed on 21.06.2018.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
