This petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram to pass orders committing and sending the case file in P.R.C.No.37 of 2003 to the Principal District and Sessions Court, Chingleput within a time frame as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case for further proceedings and thus render justice.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case in P.R.C.No.37 of 2003 has been committed to the Court of Sessions, Chinglepet, by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram.
