This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the First to Third Respondents to remove the Vehicles and the Wood card belonged to the Fifth to Eighth Respondents parked in the passage leading to the property of the Petitioner, situated at New No.45, Old No. 38, Pillayar Koil Street, (Selva Vinayagar Koil Street), Razak Garden, Arumbakkam, Chennai - 600 106 with the assistance of the Fourth Respondent and consequential direction to the Fifth to Eighth Respondents not to make any opening for the purpose of entry through the Eastern side wall of their property bearing No.14/1, Ambedkar Street, Arumbakkam, Chennai - 600 106.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Fourth Respondent has produced a status report dated 31.01.2021 filed by the Fourth Respondent, wherein, it is stated that the petitioner and the eighth respondent were enquired on 08.12.2020 and the eighth respondent has accepted the mutual decision arrived at the time of discussion with the petitioner and agreed to park his vehicle on the extreme end of the road at the lonely place and assured not to give any nuisance to the petitioner and hence, the petitioner has withdrawn his petition and requested not to proceed further. The statements given by the petitioner as well as the eight respondent to that effect have also been enclosed in the status report.

In view of the aforesaid subsequent development, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication herein. Hence, recording the status report filed by the fourth
respondent along with the statements given by the parties, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
