O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the criminal revision case has been instituted challenging the order of rejection of discharge petition filed by the petitioner under Section 227 of Criminal Procedure Code.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that charges were framed on 08.08.2024 and PW-1 was examined on 16.08.2024 and cross-examination of PW-1 is in progress.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that since the trial commenced, we are not inclined to pursue the present criminal revision case and has taken a decision to withdraw the petition. An endorsement to that effect has been made by the learned counsel on record in

the case paper.

4. In view of the said submission and endorsement made in the case bundle, the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.No.1286 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
