O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Gnanasekar (E.No.574 of 1989), learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ petition. Even though he sought to withdraw the writ petition, he has neither sent the letter of withdrawal prior to this date nor made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect. Therefore, this Court specifically asked the learned counsel for the petitioner to send the withdrawal letter through E-mail and the same was duly sent by the learned counsel for the petitioner through E-mail on 13.03.2021. Upon receipt of the said letter in support of submission of withdrawal, I have signed this order after 13.03.2021.
