This petition is filed to condone the delay of 894 days in representing the above said appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, High Court campus, Chennai, on or before 28.09.2023.
