C.M.P.Nos.21172 and 21173 of 2023 in CMA.SR No.24040 of 2020 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 909 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.5630/- and condone the day of 894 days in representing the C.M.A respectively.

2. On 21.09.2023, the above two petitions were ordered on condition and the same were directed to be listed today under the caption for "Reporting Compliance".

3. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submitted that the condition imposed in both the petitions has been complied with and produced the cost memos.

4. In view of the same, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and list the same on 04.10.2023.
