ORDER
Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the vehicle is still to be located and therefore, the Advocate Commissioner is not in a position to re-possess the vehicle.
2.As seen from the earlier proceedings, sufficient time has been granted for locating the vehicle. Therefore, no further extension can be granted. No prejudice would be caused to the applicant if this application is disposed of by granting liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for the very same relief, once the vehicle is located.
