ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 29.06.2017 given by the petitioner.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent that the petitioner was employed in Therur Primary Agricultural Credit Co-operative Society and the same has not been added as a party respondent.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4. Even assuming that the society, namely, Therur Primary Agricultural Credit Co-operative Society has been added as a party, this Writ Petition is not maintainable before this Court in view of the judgment of this Court in the case of K.Marappan vs. The Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Namakkal Circle, Namakkal and another reported in 2006-4-L.W.495, as the petitioner seeks the relief against the Co-operative Society in this case.

5. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. No costs.
