This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of 1/4

Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the respondent pertaining to the impugned Letter No.Thi.Thu.Ko.Na.Ko./ A4/9300/99 dated 28.06.2023 and quash the same and to direct the respondent to accept the balance amount of Rs.9910/- from the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order impugned in this writ petitioner is the consequential order passed by the respondent on the basis of the order of this Court dated 11.08.2022 in W.P.No.32518 of 2015. Hence, this Court may, without going into the merits of the case, grant liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of this Court dated 11.08.2022 in W.P.No.32518 of 2015 before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. 3.In view of the above, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, grants liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. This writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
