This Court by the order dated 24.07.2023 extended the time granted to the petitioners on 05.07.2023 for depositing remaining amount of Rs.2,25,000/- and it was further directed that in case petitioners fail to deposit the remaining amount within the stipulated time (i.e.,04.08.2023), the interim stay already granted by this Court shall stand automatically vacated. Therefore, no further orders required in this petition. Hence, the petition is closed.
