O R D E R

Petitioner/wife has filed both petitions seeking transfer of HMOP.No.220 of 2016 and GWOP.No.1442 of 2015 pending on the file of Additional Family Court, Coimbatore to the file of Family Court, Tirupur.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondent.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that respondent/husband has filed HMOP.No.220 of 2016 on the file of Additional Family Court, Coimbatore seeking divorce and GWOP.No.1442 of 2015 seeking a declaration that he is the guardian of minors viz., Sthuthi Vikram and Pranav Vikram and other consequential reliefs. Submitting that it would be desirable to have both the matters tried together, learned counsel prays for transfer informing difficulties to the wife in attending proceedings at Coimbatore. Objections of respondents Counsel are not serious in nature.

4.Considering the submission, this Court is of the view that it would be appropriate to transfer H.M.O.P.No.220 of 2016 and GWOP.No.1442 of 2015 from the file of Additional Family Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Coimbatore to the file of Family Court, Tirupur. The transferee Court is directed to dispose of the above said petitions as expeditiously as possible.

5. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions, accordingly, are ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
