ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed directing the respondents to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner on 10.05.2025.

2. The petitioner states that he has submitted an appeal to the Principal Secretary to Government, School Education Department, Secretariat, Chennai, requesting an inquiry through Director of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Department to take appropriate action on the complaint filed against the 5 th respondent.

3. At this juncture, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would fairly submit that the petitioner's application would be considered within a reasonable time.

4. In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 10.05.2025 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
