PRAYER: Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to pass an order of direction, directing the respondent to file a final report before the Judicial Mgistrate -1, Gobichettypalayam in Crime Nos.288, 711 & 542 of 2019 respectively on the file of respondent police. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Sankarasubbu (in all the petitions) For Respondent : Mr.M.Mohammed Riyaz (in all the petitions) Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate the Crime Nos.288, 711 & 542 of 2019 respectively and to file final reports within a stipulated time frame, or any other order or orders as this Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the above case.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in all the petitions and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent in all the petitions. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime numbers on 30.05.2019, 25.11.2019 & 12.09.2019 respectively no final report is filed till date. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file final reports within a period of three months in all the petitions.

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file final reports or closure reports, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
