TEEKAA RAMAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.8896 of 2018 IN CRL RC.779/2018 SENGUTTUVAN, [ PETITIONER ] Vs S.BALASUBRAMANIAN, [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal RC.No.779 OF 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to Suspend the sentence passed in Crl.A.No.36/2017 on the file of II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tindivanam in reversing the order dated 27.03.2017 in C.C.No.254 of 2016 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tindivanam pending disposal of CRL.RC.779/2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.RC.No.

779 of 2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAJARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The sentence of the imprisonment imposed on the petitioner shall stand suspended for a period of four weeks and the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the trial Court and on a further condition that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., pending disposal of the revision.
