Sivavarthanam for R3 COMMON ORDER The relief sought for in these writ petitions is to forbear the respondents or its officials or their subordinates or any person or persons acting under or through them from in any way interfering with the petitioners' right to carry on their business by keeping two display boards in the place alloted by the 1st respondent at Kasthuri Bai Nagar Railway Station, Thiruvanmiyur Railway Station, respectively, under valid licence issued by the 1st respondent.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners, appearing through video conferencing mode, submits that the licence granted in favour of the petitioners have expired and the cause do not exist.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these writ petitions are disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
