ORDER

This writ petition has been for a direction to the respondent police to act upon the complaint/representation given by the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that the complaint was enquired in CSR No.777 of 2022 and it was closed on 2.6.2022.

3.In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy by filing an appropriate application u/s.156(3) of Cr.PC, before the concerned Magistrate Court.
