This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to act upon the complaint given by the petitioner on 12.05.2025, conduct enquiry and to take a decision within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner has alleged certain serious insurance fraud committed by the insurance company and hence, filed a complaint before the first respondent. The first respondent did not act upon the same. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to act upon the complaint given by the petitioner on 12.05.2025 after affording opportunity to the respondents 2 and 3 and take a decision within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No 2/4

costs.
