process of law.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 10.06.2025 wherein the petitioner has sought for forbearing the third respondent from in any manner interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the property and to evict the petitioner only by following due process of law.

2. Heard Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader, for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instructions received from the Inspector of HR & CE Department, Valappadi. The relevant portions are scanned and reproduced hereunder:

4. On carefully reading the above instructions, it is seen that the petitioner was actually working as a Village Administrative Officer and it is

not known as to when he adorned the position of a 'Poosari'. It is clear that there is already a 'Poosari' who is available in the temple. In any case, the possession has already been taken over and it now stands in the name of the temple.

5. In view of the above, this Court does not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. 27.06.2025 Index : Yes/No Website : Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking Order sra
