Prayer: This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 4th respondent made in Se.Mu.B1/2364/2020 dated 19.01.2021 and Se.Mu.No.5217/2019/B1 dated 31.01.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to revise the seniority list made in No.B2/21342/2022 dated 17.02.2023 and to include the name of the writ petitioner for the promotion to the post of Forest Range Officer and pass orders.
