This application has been filed to accept the additional documents filed herewith (i) Letter dated 30th December 2016 issued on behalf of respondents/defendants (by the 1st respondent/defendant) to applicant/plaintiff; and Letter dated 31st December 2016 issued on behalf of respondents/defendants (by the 1st respondent/defendant) to applicant/plaintiff.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has filed a counter stating that the documents are fabricated and produced by the applicant belatedly.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides. 4.

This application is filed by the plaintiff to file additional documents as per the order of this Court. The suit is in the stage, where, the parties have to complete the inspection of documents and file an affidavit of admission of denial of documents as per the Act. This Court is of the view that, if this application is allowed, permitting the applicant to file additional documents, no prejudice would be caused to the respondent and the respondent is at liberty to raise all objections at the time of marking the documents. In case, if there is any objections raised by the respondent, the learned Master shall record the said objection at the time of examination of the parties. Thereafter, this Court will decide the veracity of the documents by taking into consideration of the evidence and all other aspects and the same will be decided at the time of final hearing.

5. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this application subject to the proof and relevance and the veracity of the documents and all other aspects will be decided at the time of final hearing. 5.
